This issue is
composed of the submission for the 50th session of the UN Commission
on Human Rights. It contains a special report on Indigenous Peoples, including
discussions of self-determination, land rights, assimilation, militarization,
and violation of civil and political rights with recommendations. It also
features a report on the right to development and the situation of migrant
workers with suggestions. It also contains reports on human rights violations
and development in Indonesia and East Timor, Myanmar, Philippines, South Korea,
and Sri Lanka, providing recommendations for each.
