In this issue,
CAWG provides its submission to the 39th session of the UN
Commission on Human Rights, which focuses exclusively on the Philippines. It
contains reports on disappearances, political killings, massacres, arrests and
torture, military taking of child hostages, forced evacuations of villagers, government
attacks against labourers, government attacks against the Church, and attacks
against the media with recommendations. It also includes resources and
appendices on human rights abuses in the Philippines.
