This issue
provides short reports on human rights in the Asia region generally and more
specifically for Bangladesh, Burma, Indonesia (including the regions of West
Papua and East Timor), South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan. It also
includes a report focusing on environmental issues, especially logging and
ecological disequilibrium. It concludes with a longer report on the Philippines
with action suggestions.
