This issue
contains the submission to the 37th session of the UN Commission on
Human Rights. It provides a report on situation and human rights conditions for
South Korea including violations of freedom of speech, right to assemble, right
to education, right to travel freely, right to due process before the law,
economic rights, the purification campaign and the new constitution with
recommendations. The issue also contains resources for finding information
contained in the report on South Korea.
