and East Timor, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Taiwan with
action suggestions. It also includes excerpts of the Parliamentary
Sub-Committee on Development and Human Rights, as well as excerpts and opinion
pieces on the Philippines and Sri Lanka.
